Occupational Therapist (OT) & Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Position Overview
Neuro Rehab Collaborative (NRC) is seeking dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants to support clients with neurologic conditions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving daily function and delivering client-centered care in both home and clinic settings.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and assist with individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily activities.
Document treatment sessions and client progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team.
Adapt treatment approaches based on client needs and environmental context.
Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic activities to support ongoing progress.
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized treatment environment.
Qualifications
For Occupational Therapists (OTs):
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Licensed OT in Virginia.
For Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs):Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Licensed or certified OTA in Virginia.
For both OTs and OTAs:Experience working with neurologic populations (e.g., stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, MS).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
